Guild of dungeoneering scars12/12/2023 ![]() The above examples are just to show you the fastest and slowest tracks.Īll potions, scrolls, wands, and other consumables are made by clerics, druids, or wizards in Pathfinder Society Organized Play. ![]() You may combine any mixture of SLOW/NORMAL progression you want - it doesn't have to be all one or the other. Naughtydread - this post should wrap up any confusion regarding chronicles/options for your character Khamid. Xazil: Please comment, as necessary re: Plunder & Peril credits.ĮDIT: OK - per xazil's comments below, I have added the Shackles Paragon Boon** of 3XP. Hopefully, the above info helps, assuming Plunder & Peril credits start to apply at 3rd level. **NOTE: If you choose to apply the Shackles Paragon boon as SLOW, you will immediately earn a further 1.5XP taking you immediately to L6. ![]() In SLOW mode, you will receive 1/2 the XP, PP and GP and it will stop the credit cascade and allow you to develop and play your character at the in-between levels.Ĭhronicle Credit Cascade & Auto-Leveling with Regular Progression:Īt 元.0 (6XP min) -> Rum Punch auto-applies and takes Khamid to L4.0 -> Sky Key Solution auto-applies and takes Khamid to L4.1 -> Dangerous Waters auto applies and takes Khamid to L5.1 -> Black Coral Cove auto-applies (if you have completed it) and takes Khamid to L6.1 -> Optionally, the 3XP Shackles Paragon boon** auto-applies based on your choice and takes Khamid to L7.1.Ĭhronicle Credit Progression in Slow Mode (No Leveling Cascade):Īt 元.0 (6XP min) -> Rum Punch (SLOW) auto-applies and takes Khamid to 元.15 - you can now play him in some games at 3rd levelĪt L4.0 (9XP min) -> Sky Key Solution auto-applies and takes Khamid to L4.1 -> Dangerous Waters (SLOW) auto-applies and takes Khamid to L4.25 - you can now play him in 1 game at 4th levelĪt L5.0 (12XP min) -> Black Coral Cove (SLOW) auto-applies and takes Khamid to L5.15 - you can play him in some games at 5th level Note that unless you request SLOW progression for your Plunder & Peril credits, when you hit 3rd level, Khamid will automatically progress to Level 6.1 (16XP). I think you have a credit for 3XP for Plunder & Peril ("Dangerous Waters") that should apply when Khamid reaches 9XP (Level 4.0).Īssuming you complete Plunder & Peril, you will have a credit for "Black Coral Cove" that should eventually apply when Khamid reaches 12XP (Level 5.0). You have a credit from me for 1XP for Sky Key Solution that will apply when Khamid reaches 9XP (Level 4.0). I think you have a credit for 3XP for Plunder & Peril ("Rum Punch") that should apply when Khamid reaches 6XP (Level 3). After Scars, he will be Level 2.1 and need 2 more 1XP games to reach Level 3 (6XP). You can only play once for credit in NORMAL mode and once in CORE mode (my game is NORMAL), and it would probably be best to use your actual PC (currently 2nd level, I think) since a game that is in-tier is available for him. Please remove yourself from the 1st game. Naughtydread - I have accepted you for the 2nd 1-2 game. unfortunately, that means taking along a pregen, but at least i'll be able to apply the credit elsewhere to help build up a catalog of characters to choose from. Sure, i could bring him along and try to hammer the round peg into the square hole, but why should i when i could take a character more suited for the adventure and not only contribute more, but have a lot more fun doing it. he is just not the right character for this scenario. ![]() I'll never be able to match those kind of classes with those skills, and that's fine. He's not an INT based class, nor a CHA based class, so that should be expected. but i've also put points in INT, and although his skill point pool is limited, i've invested in both his knowledge and social skills. And it has nothing to do with how i've built this character. If i bring the warpriest on this one, i have an odd feeling, that's going to happen again. ![]() i'm just tired of walking away from the table feeling like i've contributed nothing. it adds to the story line and makes the scenario more memorable. Yes, and i too have been noticing the same and enjoying it as well. ![]()
